Prices and discounts

PRICES: the price includes lessons, leisure program with animators, meals and drinking regime (snack, lunch, snack) in case of allergies or intolerance it is possible to provide gluten-free or lactose-free food.

Camp prices: Allday camp 215€

Discounts:

Early birds until 31.5.2023: 5 %.
Sibling discount: 5 %

PAYMENT. Upon receipt of your application, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided during registration, followed by an email with a deposit invoice. We will issue a final invoice for the remaining amount no later than 1 week before the start date of the camp. Only children whose participation fee is paid no later than the date indicated on the invoice will be allowed to participate in the camp.

If you are not able to attend camp due to healt reason we are offering to chose other camps if available.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

The camps take place from July 1 to August 23. We welcome children aged 6-15, who can register for camps in 5-day rotations. Dates: Our camps run Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Arrival and departure: Arrival is possible from 8:00 a.m. and we can provide supervision until 4:15 p.m. at the latest.

Meals: We provide children with a snack, lunch, snack and drinking regime throughout the day. Please list any possible food allergies your children may have when registering. We can provide a lactose-free or gluten-free menu.

Schedule: We will send you a detailed schedule and instructions for starting the camp to the e-mail provided during registration no later than a week before the start of the camp.

Camp types

Day camp: children take part in an entertaining professional programme in the morning according to the chosen theme, while in the second half of the day we provide them with a leisure programme - sports competitions, ball games, creative workshops and excursions. Our aim is to introduce children to varied activities in addition to "professional programmes" and coding. In addition to training their brains, we make sure that movement, sports and teamwork are part of their daily activities.

The safety of the children is ensured by our trained animators and pedagogical camp leaders. Our goal is for the children to have fun in all activities, whether during class or during the leisure program, to meet new friends with similar interests, and to enjoy a summer of adventure and fun. In addition to stimulating children's cognitive skills and knowledge, we make sure that exercise, sport and teamwork are part of their daily activities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MINECRAFT CAMPS: Prices do not include a Minecraft license, which will be required for all children attending Minecraft Camps (Computer/PC/Java edition). Purchased access remains the property of the child. The license can be purchased here: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-edition

PARKING: Our school is located at Paulínska 20, Trnava in the administration building. You can find it on the 1st floor. Parking is free within 2h in the nearby shopping centre CITY ARÉNA or paid public parking in front of the building.

COVID-19: We pay special attention to hygiene rules:

During the camps we pay attention to personal hygiene.
We disinfect the equipment daily and also regularly ventilate the classrooms. Our school offers education in small groups, so there is a maximum of 12 students (and one lecturer) in a room at any one time.

We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised camps!
