Kids will become Minecraft video makers - learning editing, filmmaking techniques, storytelling and internet safety. They will create timelapse builds, redstone tutorials and short videos in the style of TikTok or YouTube Shorts. All in a fun way and in English! Who wouldn't want to talk about Minecraft in English?

Half a day at the computer with Logiscool trainers, half a day of conversation in English with Threshold language school trainers

Kids will learn how to create and edit Minecraft videos - from filming to editing to final editing. They'll learn content sharing safety, film styles and how to use the Replay Mod for professional footage. They'll cut, add effects, music and text in WeVideo. They will try their hand at creating time-lapse footage, redstone tutorials and short film clips.

During the camp we will focus on vocabulary expansion, action verbs, useful everyday phrases, storytelling and role-playing. In the language block, we will discuss, create, invent, describe, communicate, move and compete in the classroom and in the nearby Barrandov Language School. Our instructors, avid Minecraft players, are looking forward to seeing the Minecraft movie in theaters to further inspire the creation of this premiere camp.
